Group Training

Vision will be providing small group skill training on Friday evenings. Sessions are 90 minutes in length and are capped at 8 players per session. Programs are flexible to your schedule. Sign up for any session that works for you. Space is limited and sessions will fill up quickly. Additional sessions will be added throughout the season.  Advanced sessions are for players with competitive experience as noted.  Players who do not meet these requirements may not be allowed to participate.

Hitting Clinics

This clinic will cover individual skill training such as: approach, arm swing. This clinic is great for an outside, middle or right-side hitter. We will focus on efficiency of movement, proper timing, and placement of the ball to ensure quality swings in all situations. This clinic will cover individual skill training such as: approach, arm swing.

Level - Advanced - Power League Experience Required

Fee - $60 per session

Serving and Passing Clinics

We will cover posture and movement when passing, with emphasis on platform angles and ball control.  Players will receive instruction for standing and jump serves, as well as an introduction of serving strategy and how the location of serves can be used to influence the opponent's offensive options.

Level – Advanced - Power League Experience Required

Setting Clinics

This setting clinic will cover individual skill training such as: footwork, hand positioning, tempo, setting to different locations, and decision making. This clinic is great for any beginners or current players who want to establish a solid foundation as a setter. This training will help your technical skills and become a more effective setter.

Defensive Clinics

This clinic will focus on advanced defensive skills.  We will cover posture, reading, and movement through progressive drills. Players will have the opportunity to practice situational defensive plays such as run-throughs, floor moves, and overhead digs.  Older groups may introduce pursuit drills and blocking skills.  This clinic is for any player interested in strengthening their defensive play.

Level – Advanced - Power League Experience Required

Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for any cancellations or for players who do not meet the prerequisites of the session, so please only book sessions you know your daughter can attend.
